By downloading, accessing, or using any CareNavigatorTech application (MyHome Ethiopia, MedNear, CareNear, or ServicePulse), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

CareNavigatorTech provides mobile applications that connect users with various services:

• MyHome Ethiopia: Real estate listing and property search platform
• MedNear: Pharmacy and medication finder
• CareNear: Healthcare provider booking service
• ServicePulse: Home services marketplace

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Scrape, copy, or data mine our platforms

5. Content and Listings

Users are responsible for content they post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate. We do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted listings and are not responsible for transactions between users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our applications are owned by CareNavigatorTech ET PLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of services provided by third parties, or uninterrupted access to our applications.

8. Limitation of Liability

CareNavigatorTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.

9. Third-Party Services

Our apps may connect you with third-party service providers. We are not responsible for the actions, products, or content of these third parties. Any disputes should be resolved directly with the third party.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
